Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50

Free shipping is not available for orders under $50 as we aim to keep our prices as low as possible. To maximize savings, consider purchasing in bulk quantities.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on orders less than $50 in order to keep our prices as affordable as possible for all customers. We encourage buying in larger quantities to take advantage of the best bulk pricing deals whenever possible. This helps us pass on bigger savings to you. Please contact us if you need any assistance with bulk orders or have questions about our shipping policies.

Domestic Shipping

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).

USPS, FedEx and UPS orders received between Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day. Pick up day is Day 0.

We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order.

Please Note: 
We do not process orders on major holidays or government holidays. Orders resume processing the next business day. All shipping timeframes are in business days.


USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are business days (Monday-Friday).

APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 business days in transit.

Due to USPS volume, tracking may not update for several days until reaching your local facility. While USPS is reliable, errors and delays may occur outside of our control and require contacting USPS (see below).

  • Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–8:30pm ET, Saturday 8am–6pm ET

Order Tracking: 
We strive for expedient, reliable delivery but cannot guarantee transit times. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost/Undelivered Packages:
Issues with lost or undelivered packages must be resolved with the carrier. Please report any erroneous shipping within 24 hours of last tracking update.

Incorrect addresses resulting in shipping issues are not our responsibility.

Shipping Forwarders:
We ensure orders arrive safely and undamaged to forwarders, but are not liable for any damages, missing items, or other issues occurring after initial delivery. Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for the order’s condition, loss, damage, seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:
Please email/call within 48 hours for damaged, missing or incorrect items. Once claim approved, we will assist resolution.

Canceling/Altering Orders: Due to order volume, we cannot alter or cancel orders once placed and processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds only apply to returned items, less any return fees.

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to California addresses.

We make every effort to provide accurate information but may have occasional errors or outdated manufacturer details, which we reserve the right to correct. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
