Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. Orders usually process within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a follow up email that contains your tracking number.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us as this usually means your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Though we usually are able to process orders within 1-2 days, there are rare occasions where we will be short stock on certain items. In this case, a customer service representative will call you to let you know.

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you.

Regarding defective products, please understand that we do not manufacture these products, we get them from reputable distributors and direct from manufacturers. We rely on our suppliers to provide us with high quality Delta 8 products.
