Return Policy

Magna Hold LLC Refund/Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support via email. Click on the following link to email us and make a return request. Ensure you provide us with comprehensive details, including your ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and the REASON for the return. When your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the package back to us. Once we have received and processed the return, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement accordingly

Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

Cosmetic Damage From the Manufacturer Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours of Delivery!

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, particularly consumable products such as liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. These items are considered non-refundable.

For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges. Please be aware that all shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where your original shipping was provided free of charge, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Additionally, a 15% return processing fee may be applied under the following circumstances:

  1. Returns that have been opened and/or are non-defective.
  2. Returns that show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
  3. Returns that have not been cleaned and emptied prior to being returned.

When returning alternative devices, it is crucial to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned before shipping. If you send back an item that contains any form of media and it is confiscated (not received at our facility), we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred. Furthermore, if the returned item is received with residual smells or media particles, a 15% return processing fee will be applied.

You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.

You will be responsible for shipping charges for non defective returns. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. When your original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Promotional Term & Conditions:

  1. Promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. In the event that a promotional item is found to be defective, the available options will be limited to store credit or a refund.
  3. Promotional items will not be replaced with a new item.
  4. If you decide to return other items from an order that included a promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned.
  5. Failure to return the promotional item will result in the deduction of the non-promotional price of the item from any compensation issued.

Refused Orders

In the event that either the customer or the shipping carrier refuses a package for any reason, the following conditions apply:

  1. A 15% return processing fee will be imposed.
  2. The shipping charges incurred for the return will not be refunded.
  3. If you initially received free shipping for your order, the cost of shipping the package back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: If you have used an approved Prepaid Card for your purchase, Magna Hold LLC will make an effort to refund the payment to the original method as per our refund policy. However, it is important to understand that if the cardholder no longer possesses the Prepaid Card that was used for the transaction, Magna Hold LLC cannot be held responsible for issuing the refund to that Prepaid Card. Please ensure that you retain possession of the Prepaid Card until the refund process is complete.

While we make every effort to thoroughly review all information provided on our website, there is a possibility of occasional errors or updates from manufacturers that we may not be aware of. We reserve the right to rectify any inaccuracies and cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such occurrences and appreciate your understanding.
